To activate and condition the lower portion of the rectus abdominis with out hip Flexor recruitment.

The lower abdominal is engineered to stabilize the upper torso and place users in a bent-leg position, which controls hip flexor contraction and isolates the rectus abdominis. The upward rotation of the pelvis is initiated by the lower portion of the rectus abdominis, thereby extending it’s contraction time and increasing the training benefits. Seat positions users to isolate abdominal muscles. Counter weight to assist de-conditioned users. Upward rotation activates and prolongs contraction of the muscle. Hand grips to help stabilize upper torso. Seat belt is provided to properly position users during exercise. Weights are accessible from operating position.
