Modular Systems offer a clear advantage for facilities where space is at
a premium. Just five tandems create a complete station circuit to address
all major muscle groups.
Station Types
There are two basic types of Modular Stations: Weighted Stations, which
incorporate a weight stack for resistance, and Body Weight Stations which
utilize the user's own body weight to provide resistance.
Weighted Stations can be combined in the back-to-back format of a Tandem.
Each Tandem Station has its own weight stack, so both stations can be used
simultaneously.
