That has nothing to with me. A bidder can do whats called a "proxy" bid which means he/she puts the highest price they are willing to pay. Then ebays automation bids for them up to their highest possible bid....

I have heard of people losing 3 seconds after the time was over. but never the time you have mentioned..

I think that is misleading and bad for ebay business. You should complain to ebay.

I get and sell many total gyms. I will sell you, and deliver you, a real nice condition total gym just like was described in the ebay auction you lost out on. You name the price....!!!!! Please read the description from the auction. The squat stand and flip chart are missing.

But you tell me what you think is a fair price to pay for a totalgym like the one you lost out on. I don't care if I lose money on the transaction. I hate to hear about honest, law abiding AMERICANS who get the short end of the stick. I am more concerned that you get what you feel is right and then::::you use it!!!! because this works if you use it. I have been selling exercise equipment for 15 years...and I believe in it's results...use it, and you and me will be on a "good relationship" basis.
