Cybex Upper Body Egometer

The Cybex UBE produce accommodating resistance at fixed speeds. Each unit automatically adjusts to match the force applied so that muscles can be safely loaded to their full capability at every point throughout the range of motion. When you move slower than the set speed, there is no resistance. When you attempt to go above the set speed, the resistance is progressively increased.
