hand sensor to monitor your heart rate during workouts. Maintenance is a breeze,
as this unit incorporates an automatic self- waxing system, which regularly
lubricates the deck and helps to increase belt life by decreasing friction
between the belt and deck. The LifeStride 9500 treadmill also has a self-alignment system that adjusts the belt and keeps it tracking straight at all times.
