He is the customers concierge during the buying process. Once a customer puts in a new order then Josh walks them through the process. Giving updates of production times, and answering questions. Making sure the customer is fully informed at all times and is prepared to take delivery of their new used gym order. And Josh handles any lose ends that need to be addressed once the equipment arrives.
Marisa Unzueta is Josh's supervisor. Marisa says; "It gets so busy here handling all of our customers orders. Josh sits at his desk all day and takes phone calls and sends out emails. He is always available to help our buyers during California business hours. Our customers really appreciate the extra service. And we really appreciate our customers."

| Big John McCarthy MMA Reality Show Coming Soon. |
MMA reality show. Owned Entertainment, Inc and JAC'd Productions have partnered with Big John McCarthy and Big John McCarthy's Ultimate Training Academy to produce an 8-episode MMA reality show. The filming for the show will be this summer in Valencia, California. And will focus on the lives of a selected cast of fighters, trainers and MMA professionals. Owned Entertainment is looking for candidates to be in the reality show. Final auditions will be June 22nd. Send an email to Steve@UsedGymEquipment.com to be considered.
