Like all of Life Fitness’s recent treadmill models, the 93Ti uses the company’s DX3 Belt and Deck System, which uses FlexDeck technology to absorb foot impacts while minimizing pressure on the knees and ankles, using the eight Lifespring shock absorbers that support the deck, and at the same time reduces wear and tear on the treadmill itself. The lubricant-infused belt and the belt tracking system work together to keep the belt in good operational shape for years longer than is typical in competing models.
Users definitely don’t lack for options on the 93Ti. The speed of the treadmill can be adjusted from a lackadaisical half mile per hour, to a blistering 12 miles per hour, allowing for a maximum pace of 5 minutes per mile. For an extra challenge, the incline of the running surface can be adjusted between 0% and 15%.
The self-powered LED alphanumeric display makes it easy to access a large amount of up-to-the-second real time workout data, including information such as distance, speed, elapsed time, calories consumed per hour, total calories burned, heart rate, and more. As with almost all Life Fitness workout systems, heart rate can be measured using compatible wireless polar telemetry chest bands. Lastly, the Life Fitness 93Ti doesn’t lack for workout programs to keep the user motivated. Just some of the options include fat burn, heart rate hill, 5K & 10K training, speed interval training, and more. The system also includes two Zone Training+ options, which will automatically adjust your pace to keep you at your targeted heart rate.
