The self-powered LED display gives ready access to a huge amount of workout data, including speed, elapsed time, heart rate, distance, calories consumed per hour, total calories burned, and more. As with just about all Life Fitness workout products, heart rate can be measured using the Lifepulse sensors in the hand grips, or with any compatible wireless telemetry chest strap. For those who can’t just hop on a machine, but instead need a little motivation, the 95Li Summit Trainer has 27 workout programs to choose from, including their proprietary Zone Training+ programs, which automatically adjust the resistance setting as you go to keep your heart rate within your target zone.
