Running puts a lot of wear and tear on skeletal joints, particularly the knees and ankles. That is why Life Fitness developed its DX Belt and Deck System which incorporates eight Lifespring shock absorbers to developer a smooth, impact-free run, regardless of the user’s speed or stride style. In addition, the FlexDeck Shock Absorption system ensures that the 95T Treadmill also survives workouts without damage, ensuring a long lifespan for the system.
The Life Fitness 95T is easily customized to the user’s level of fitness. The speed can be adjusted from a placid 0.5 mph walk, to a blistering 14 mph full-0n sprint. Additionally, the deck elevation can be adjusted within a range of 0% to 15%, making it a great choice for those who enjoy uphill training. The deck also has an additional safety feature: the included stride senor detects if the runner has stepped off of the treadmill, and automatically stops the belt after a short delay.
The 7″ full color LCD touchscreen display offers easy access to a wealth of programs and workout data. The 95T features 41 workout options, including hill, heart rate hill, cascades, foothills, Kilimanjaro, 5K and 10K sport training, speed training, calorie goal, distance goal, several military PFT tests, customized cool down, and more. Runners can keep themselves engaged and invested in their workouts by accessing a variety of workout data in real-time, such as speed, heart rate, distance, distance climbed, elapsed time, time remaining, calories consumed, calories burned per hour, and much more. The 95T touchscreen display can also be connected to an iPod, iPhone, or Android device through an Apple or USB connector, allowing the user to access their music and video playlists directly through the treadmill’s interface.
It can be frustrating to use workout equipment that doesn’t have anywhere to put your gear. The 95T Treadmill does away with that issue by incorporating an integrated reading rack, two cupholders, and dual accessory bins.
