The Precor AMT 835 Adaptive Motion Trainer providers users with an engaging full body workout: pushing and pulling motions exercise the arms while the legs are engaged by the AMT 835’s 20 levels of stride resistance. The AMT 835 can be adjusted to the needs of almost any user, with Precor’s Open Stride design allowing for stride heights between 6.8 to 10 inches, and stride lengths of up to 36 inches.
The self-powered LED provides easy access to a variety of workout data, including calories consumed, average speed, stride distance, time elapsed, and more. Users can choose from one of a number of built-in workout programs, including performance, heart rate, variety, and weight loss. While working out, the AMT 835’s Stride Dial shows users what muscle groups are currently being exercised, according to the length of their stride.
The AMT 835 is built to be both comfortable and tough. Its oversized pivot shafts and bearings ensure that users will have a smooth, enjoyable workout, while foot pedals, handles, and the machine’s frame are engineered to take years of use and abuse with minimal maintenance or repair.
