Our Remanufacturing Process
Buying and selling our gym equipment is just the tip of the iceberg for us. We want to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with our products. We have an organized and efficient factory with high standards of quality control to remanufacture and refurbish all of our gym equipment. We boast the only 100,000 square foot assembly line factory in the industry.
After sourcing our equipment, it is trucked into our facility. A rigorous diagnostic test is conducted before a work order is created. The equipment is taken to the right department of our factory to begin the remanufacturing process.
All machines are completely disassembled down to the bare frame which is then sent out to be sandblasted and powder coated. Simultaneously:
Each machine is then reassembled and retested to ensure optimal form and functionality. Our certified fitness technicians sign off on each machine they have tested so that no piece leaves our factory in less than perfect condition. The Customer Experience
At Used Gym Equipment, we have streamlined our manufacturing process as well as our sales experience. After you have contacted one of our trained sales representatives, you will be asked about the particulars of your fitness equipment needs so that we may provide you with a proposal that includes freight costs. Once you have received the proposal, you should receive a follow up call from your sales rep to answer any questions or make any modifications that you may have. When you are satisfied and ready to make an order, you will send in a deposit to get it started.
Your equipment will typically be ready in 15 to 30 business days. If you choose, you can fly to Los Angeles and be at our warehouse from the airport in a matter of 20 minutes to inspect your order. Otherwise, our professional shipping companies will deliver and assemble your equipment at your gym.
Please note that we do not provide terms. In order to keep our prices low and pass on the savings to the consumer, full payment is due before your order ships. We also offer competitive leasing programs. You can speak to a sales representative for more information.
