I purchased a full gym for my home (commercial grade) in 2008 from Austin, recently I wanted an Olympic weight bench, to my pleasant surprise I found Austin again - this guy is an honest straight up kind of guy which I highly recommend. I continue enjoying my gym at home and look forward to doing business again with Austin soon! Love it!!

We had an 5 star experience all the way around. We called and asked about a particular elliptical we had researched. A few days later we arrived at the warehouse and after a few moments Harold recommended an even better machine for us. SOLD!!!:) Right on time Harold and his team arrived at our house to deliver and install the massive machine. Yikes turns up the hallway were daunting!!! We are soooo impressed as they didn't give up. Major team effort to figure out how to navigate several tight turns! We are soooo impressed! So grateful they didn't give up! They truly went the extra mile!

We worked with Shelly and she helped us choose a very functional and efficient used leg extension/leg curl machine, as well as purchase a new abductor/adductor machine for our home garage gym. We've been using the machines for about a month or so now and everything is great. We really love having our own home gym, and these much-needed pieces of equipment help to give us a well-rounded work out and some needed rehab without having to leave home. Shelly has been great in following through and following up, and did everything she could to help this purchase and installation flow smoothly, Which it did thanks to her!

I came looking for a commercial adjustable bench and squat rack. Other retail stores offer weaker equipment so I gave this place a try. Jay was my sales guy. He wasn't pushy and showed me different options of equipment. After looking around the warehouse I found the perfect bench for my needs. He also located a squat rack within my budget. Lots of equipment here. Worth the drive. I will return for future needs. Customer service is excellent!!

Used Gym Equipment was a joy to work with. They not only listened to the needs we had as a church/community center, but they were also very helpful in accommodating our budget as a nonprofit. We purchase weights, a new adjustable bench and a used Paramount Functional Trainer machine. Used Gym Equipment serviced the functional trainer before delivery and it arrived in great condition; better than I expected. Our sales person, Michael took the time to show us all the different machines available in our price range. We took his recommendation and couldn't be happier. The machine arrived as promised and the deliverymen (Stan and Steve) were great and accommodating. I highly recommend Used Gym Equipment!

After going from one sporting goods store to another... Sport Chalet, Dick's, Sears, Sear's Outlet and trying out every treadmill and every stationary bike I could get my hands and feet on and only getting surface level help that left me confused, frustrated and overwhelmed... I found Used Gym Equipment on line and drove down to their warehouse for a look around.

My goal was to create a home gym that will be custom tailored to my workouts, strong, stable and that won't do more damage than good.

Jay B. was my sales genius who spent a lot of time walking me around the warehouse after and while listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my workouts and helped me find the best equipment I have found anywhere I have looked.

I am very pleased with my treadmill and spin bike... Really wish I had the space for the rowing machine I still think about all the time but didn't buy.

Jay was EXTREMELY knowledgable about exercise and exercise equipment, but he was also, and even more importantly "hearing" and interpreting my personal needs with this home gym I was assembling.

I did have a few issues with getting my equipment as fast as it was initially promised but the positive WAY OUTWEIGHS any frustration with my delivery date issue... The help I received in the process from Jay and others and the quality equipment I have in my home gym is worth the very small in comparison delivery date issue I had.

At first I gave a 4 star rating since I didn't get my equipment when it was initially estimated but after writing my review and remembering how frustrating and going NO WHERE my search was before finding Jay at Used Equipment and having his very wise and expertise help to fit me with what I truly wanted and needed ... And how happy I am with my gym... I changed it to 5 because I could not have a better gym than I have and it is all due to their help... I have used my gym more than I or anyone else that knows me can believe is possible and having solid, stable equipment that doesn't feel like it is going to go to pieces beneath you is amazing...
