The Integrity Series Treadmill’s DX3 Belt and Deck System uses a lubricant-infused belt to keep wear and necessary maintenance to an absolute minimum, with a built-in diagnostics system that will alert you when servicing is required. The FlexDeck uses 8 Lifespring shock absorbers to minimize impact strain on the user’s knees and ankles, while also reducing wear to the treadmill.
The Life Fitness Integrity’s clear and easy to read LED display makes it extremely easy for users to keep track of their workout data in real-time, including calories, time elapsed, incline, speed, heart rate, and more. The user can read their heart rate either using a compatible wireless telemetry chest band, or using the Lifepulse sensors integrated into the grips.
The console also allows users to readily access nearly 30 workout programs, including hill, cardio, fat burn, heart rate interval, 5K & 10K sport training, multiple military PRT/PFT tests, and more. Also included are 5 different Zone Training+ workouts, which automatically adjust the incline of the belt as you run in order to keep you within your targeted heart rate zone.
The Life Fitness Integrity Series Treadmill is built tough to last for years, with a fully welded steel frame. Obviously, heavy equipment is much harder to move if a gym needs to rearrange their equipment or make room for the latest and greatest. Thankfully, Life Fitness has mitigated this issue with the inclusion of wheels integrated into the front of the treadmill, with rear levels built into the back.
